Is this a good price?

Post by ericem »

I went to a junkyard and found a nice subaru legacy sedan turbo, had a mint hood with scoop and VERY mint bumper, has the pot holes on the bottom and lip. All i need to do is go to my body shop add get him to paint it my colour. They said for both it will cost $150CDN deal or no deal?

To completely re-paint a hood and bumper a different color? That's really really cheap. It cost me about $300 to get a hood painted by a good shop up to OEM standards. You get what you pay for, so be sure to ask him what you're getting for that price. But if you're not picky and he sounds like he's giving you want, go for it!

Your car isn't a turbo. Why do you want a hood scoop?
