Ok From my understanding, and the reason i replyed to you and the mailing
group, cause i want you to get the right information, BC-BF Legacy/Libertys
Body wise only went thru minor body changes.. I was going to have the hood
made from a 91 Subaru Legacy Turbo hood. in hopes that it would be a
mediary between models.I didn't ever expect the hood i was makeing to fit a
96-2000 because of the amount of part available to those years (slightly
more that our models). Now we would be paying 350.00 (rounded up) for a
brand new 91 t hood. I found a subaru junkyard around me and he said he has
A t hood, and would sell it for 150.00 At this point i have't queryed the
year from the man because the interest in getting the hoods made right now
is well not there so i'm not about to have some 80 yr old guy climbing into
a Trailer full of hood looking for a specific year.. NOW I have always said
IF there is a general consensus of years or ALO! ! T of you make it know that
you all own a 94 or a 92 and you want it for that year i will make it a
point to find that year hood and make the mold from the hood.
Now im sure that i will be corrected if i am wrong or if i have oversteped
my bounds somewhere. This is not an angry post..one of my room mates said i
look like i'm ranting when i right these long e-mails.. i hope i do not
come off this way.. i just wish to convay all the facts
