97 Legacy 2.2 N/A to JDM 91-93 EJ20T swap possible?

him thinking of getting this engine/wiring harness/ecu setup for my 97 legacy wagon(5spd) but I'm just wondering what other things ill need, heres what it comes with:

Motor EJ20 Turbo (EJ20G i believe is its proper name)
Distributor
Alternator
Complete Intake & Exhaust Manifold
A/C pump
Power Steering pump
ECU (for manual tranny)
Single Turbo
Intercooler
Wiring harness

All for 950$ +ship here in Canada (if anyone knows a cheaper price for all of the above please let me know)

Is there anything else i would be needing to make the swap 100% complete?

Pretty complete set up, but you need a turbo crossmember with swaybar and a complete exhaust...

Would i lose anything? like my cruise control? Any idea where i could find those extra pieces, and for how much?
