1999 Impreza Outback front struts/springs swap into 92 LS ?

I pulled a like new set of Monroe Sensa Trac struts/springs/top plates off a 1999 Impreza Outback Sport. Does anyone know if the Imprezza Outback Sport front coil springs are longer and/or stiffer than my 1992 Legacy LS stock coil springs and if the lower spring perch on the Impreza Outback Sport front strut is higher. I really want to use these if I can. The top plates (bearing plates) are the same, but I do not want to raise my front end, nor do I want to cause any unwanted positive camber

As I said in your other thread, I don't know if swapping struts will alter ride height or not. All I can suggest is measuring the strut perch between the two struts and see if they're different.
