Stock FPR 1:1 Rise with boost?

Hey all, this may be a dumb question, but does the stock turbo Fuel Pressure Regulator raise fuel pressure past the base (without Vac. - 43ish psi) with boost?

It should raise fuel pressure 1 psi for every 1 psi of boost you make.
