Do I have a EJ20 or EJ22?

Heads, valves, pistons, rods, crankshaft, etc...

This doesn't look like any subaru suspension i've ever seen. But your last picture made me laugh, and made my g/f laugh at me.
Kickin' it old-school.

lol sorry its probably from another car then ><. i took many pictures when i was choosing the car and they were all under the same folder. this one is right beside the legacy so i thought that must be it too.

I went down to Lorco today and checked out an autometer boost gauge, the style i wanted doesn't have 0-20 psi readings :( so i looked at the one with 0-30 psi full sweep. would it make a big difference?

the 30 psi gauge was cheaper too :-D

Just harder to narrow down readings in the lower ranges since it covers up to 30psi. The increments will be farther apart vs. the 20psi model.

So it will still work out for you, but having the 20 max range is better to tune your boost pressure with.
