yes these are froma 92 sedan in japan, no there is no lip kit on them, basicly the same a usdm bumpers.

differences i noticed with the front bumper.
-center grill is painted(as aposed to black plastic)
-dual mounting points for different size jdm license plates
-hole for a jdm bumper parking pole(not included)

Front bumper- SOLD!

Rear bumper- $30
