Ok, so this car of mine was in a crash before i bought it whatever, now the bumper was replaced with what i believe is a jdm Legacy RS bumper not available to USDM,
now the fog lights are there but were never hooked up. i went to test the lights to make sure they work'd before i wired them in, and well one's burnt out.
So Now for my question, Where can a get a replacement bulb for these fog lights? Thanks in advance

Take the bulb to the auto parts store and get a replacement. If I had to guess randomly, I'd say it's likely an H3 bulb.

thats what i was plain on doing but, you can just remove the bulb it's like the bulb itself is wired in, hard to explain i'll try to take a pic.

Its just an H3 bulb thats wired through the rubber boot on the back. The bulb itself is just held in by a spring clip. Its real easy to change.

The wire is actually part of the H3 bulb.

ok thanks for everyone's help fog lights are hooked up and working.
To do this project i used a wiring diagram found in another thread made my smh0101 here it is
well this was very helpful i did find a few things wrong, or maybe just didn't work with my set up 86 on the relay should goto switch 85 to ground. Pin #3 is accessory in, Pin #2 Ground, Pin #6 To Relay
With those 3 hooked up switch turns on lights, and lights the light on the switch
like this
now heres what she looks like
Lights off
Fog Lights On
All lights on
i'll take some night pics when it gets dark.

That's what my bumper looks like (the OP's bumper), though sans foglights.
I haven't ever seen a set for that style front end for sale. I was beginning to wonder if they ever made them......

hate to burst your bubble, but relay's arn't unnecessary, most switches arn't meant to handle the electrical load.
