Yeah!! finally running like a normal Subie again!!!

Today I swapped the O2 sensor for a known good one, no change. (EDIT)86ruguy (end EDIT) stopped by and found the green and black connectors (shoved in between the ECU and the harness's). While talking to him we discussed the AIS issue, and after he left I swapped the AIS solenoid (left the valve) with one I scavenged off a '92. Fired it up and didn't even have to touch the throttle. Started at 1500, blipped the throttle and it dropped to 1000, ran it thru the gears and blipped the throttle again and it dropped to 700. Took it out for a drive and it's like a different car again.

Apperantly the AIS solenoid was driving the valve full open and holding it there. That was causing my hard start, and high idle.

Thanks to everyone who threw out ideas, and tried to help me find the black and green connectors. I'm smarter now, and my Subie loves me again.
