'91 Rear Swaybar Narrower Than Later Cars?

Post by Aerotech »

I replaced all my early stock rear lateral links with Whiteline adjustables, and Perrin C-style dropllinks...going modern, right? ...and the stock rear swaybar does not reach!
It's about 1/2" away from the links on both sides, too narrow. WTF?
Can I use a '92+ swaybar, or do I have to pony up for an aftermarket unit?

Always something....

You should be able to make it work. You sure you can't just move things around?

Any chance you could take some pictures?
