91 rear swaybar to 92???

Does anyone puts a 91 Legacy turbo rear swaybar to 92 Turbo?
I know the 91 using 19mm and 92 using 18mm, any different when doing
the change? Are they really worth to switch from 18mm to 19mm?
Will it makes the car more tail-happier??
Any good or bad for doing the change?

the rear swaybars were identical from 8/89 to 7/92. From 8/92 the linkage
changed.
