My air vacuum hoses become hard like a rock.
I have also notice that some old hoses that i have remove a couple week ago return flexible, is this a sign of something that is working bad on the car...

It is just a sign they are old and dried out.

Do you have a vacuum leak, or is the car running rough?
If not, I don't see why you need to worry about it.

yeah i think its a little rough and i have a little leak of oil think if comming from the manifold
