custom shifter switch mount

I have been dreaming about switches mounted on my shifter right where I need them. Trucker style.

This one has the hole in it to suround the shifter

Origanaly I was planning on mounting it with the swithes "Exposed" like Above. Now Im planing on getting a smaller
Box like this one, and put a couple stickers on it maybe. Still Surounding the shifter......

this version is a little nicer, room for a sticker on each side =] On solid! no glue.
