yeh the workshop manual only has tension settings.

Most people i've spoken to about this will often just pull the engine
to do the plugs! hehe
Easier said then done! Use a proper spark plug spanner (flexible
joint) and just take out everything you can easily remove from either
side of the block. And then just get going. Is a bit slow, but there
isn't much choice!
2 hours later and lotsa scraped knuckles and you should be done.
