I suggest you search for a thread by Matt Monson. He has done some wicked things for an n/a engine.
However without spending some money I wouldn't expect much. Even with money...don't expect much more then 200....at the most.

We call it the "high compression frankenstein". It will put you around 190chp, maybe a little bit more. Without headwork, or different heads, you won't see any more than that. There's just not enough flow to the stock heads.
