Just ordered some stuff from the dealership up north. Prices are about half of what they are at the local dealer. Local dealer wanted $11 a seal for cam seals which I paid $5 each from up north.
Hopefully the 91 turbo water pump gasket is the same as a 95-99 gasket because I could not find a 91-94 water pump gasket in their system and the part number for it does not come up with anything.
I also tried to order all new coolant hoses but those weren't in the system either. Flywheel bolts were not in the system so the junkyard will need to help me out there.
Word of caution when ordering from 1stsubaruparts.com. If you're done looking up parts and wish to check out do not click the shopping cart link. It will take you to the cart but the cart is now empty! That was a pain in the ass and at first I didn't know why it was doing that. Instead you have to find a part and add it to the cart and it takes you to the cart automatically and then you just delete that item and checkout.

When I removed the cam sprockets I found that two of the cam seals was leaking oil pretty badly.
Rusty water pump. Eww...
The driver's side head with oil feedline for one of the turbos. I bought some bolts to plug these holes both on the front and back but they're too long and need to be cut first.
Hopefully this week I'll have everything back together in the front of the engine along with a new oil pump, water pump, thermostat, cam seals, crank seal, idlers, tensioner pulley and timing belt.
Then I can remove the intake and remove that pipe that goes to both the turbos and put the EJ22T wiring harness in.
