Leaky water pump

Leaky water pump
My water pump just started dripping about two weeks ago. It drips mostly when you shut the car off and you can hear it hissing as it drips a few drops on the crossover pipe. My main concern is how long before she goes, and should I stop driving it asap and replace the pump.
