AWD FWD RWD is it possible to switch?

Post by Nissan-Subaru »

If we put in a 15amp fuse in the 2wd socket then we
get FWD does anyone know of a way to get RWD? If it
safe to drive in 2wd mode for extended periods and
highway speeds? I would love to have a switch box in
my car to choose between awd fwd and rwd like some of
the old Audi’s

It's AWD or FWD only, no RWD.

I have driven a lot on my old 4EAT with the FWD fuse in, and
never noticed anything unusual. Even at stock hp it had
wheelspin of course.

I just tried the FWD… that’s some crazy torque steer.
I don’t think I would use it unless I’m cruising on a
dry highway in a straight line.

any store that has even the smallest auto section.
or if you take the cap off of your fuse box under the
stearing area there should be a extra 15 amp in the
cap.
