I don't think you'll find a plug and play for the North American Turbo Legacy
I think the main problem is with the way the turbo outlet angles upwards at about 45 degrees vs the rest of the world turbo outlets pointing straight horizontally to the left.

Probably the easiest to adapt is the WRX air-to-air

I don't think any Subaru has a front mount intercooler from the factory
