Difference between NA and SS bumper beams

Post by flystiguy »

So i have a 92 legacy SS and it does not have a rear bumper beam, i have the skin for it just not the beam. My question is whats the difference between the turbo model and the regular legacy model because i've heard that there is a difference. And is the difference big enough to the point that you are not able to modify a regular legacy bumper beam to fit? Or i have a 91' SS with the whole rear bumper, can i get that beam to fit on the 92?
dude..........

For post-facelift cars ('92-'94) all cars (turbo and not) have the same bumperbeams.

Different front covers, but same beams. I *believe* all rear covers are the same regardless of trim.
'93 Winestone SS Auto, '91 Pearl White SS.
'93 Pure White SS EJ20G slanty intercooled, SIDESWIPED! In stasis.
'94 FWD and '95 AWD Laguna Blue SVXs.
2017 Pure Red BRZ Limited w/Performance pack
