Coolant Temp. Sensor Location?

Post by SubiePrice88 »

Im trying to replace the Coolant Temp. Sensor on a '91 SS.

I did a search but Im on dial up right now and it takes FOREVER to load and I havent found what Im looking for.

The stupid haynes manual says "....located in the coolant pipe under the right-side intake manifold runner."

I believe I changed out the sensor before but it was on a N/A.

I cant seem to find it and it seems like the turbo is in the way?

Need some advice and Help!

-Thanks!

Its on the driver side under the manifold,on the coolant pipe.Look down from below (you may need to move a couple small things) and you will see the sender with one wire and the sensor right next to it with a brown plug i believe.I know someone has a pic as it was just posted recently.
94SS.Wiseco forged pistons,TD04,TMIC,WALBRO 225,440's,3" all the way, revtronix stage 2,enough other crap to fill the internet.
