ej22t rebulid using 02 wrx heads?

hi i have a 92 legacy ss that i am rebuilding the motor for a little more power. my questions are besides the wiring and the wrx ecu, what other supporting mods will need to be done? seeking at least 200 hp max hp i would like to see is 280 hp reason being i want the car to last a couple years with these mods.

any input would be awsome
