couple minutes then I stopped and plugged it back in. Guess it takes longer??

Some codes only set after a couple of starts or a couple of instances of a fault.

The high idle and fans on can be caused by the transmission's temperature being high too by the way.

hmmmmm that could make sense too. I will do another tranny fluid change soon. Regardless new turbo, ic, injectors, maf, and revtronix going in!

You're going to install the rev chip even with your existing issues? I honestly wouldn't do that, since the revtronix chip exposes/amplifies existing problems with the car's systems. Get them fixed and have the car running flawlessly first.

Once again, per the FSM:
the radiator fan control takes the input from the water temp sensor, vehicle speed sensor 2 and A/C switch. These signals simultaneously turn On or OFF the main radiator fan and A/C sub fan as well as setting them at HI or LO speed.
Have you independently verified each of those sensors/switches are working properly?

I think it runs the same high idle or not. High idle seems to be related to low voltage (prob just needs a new ground wire) and the fans running is probably as mentioned the transmission as when it shifts really nice the fans are usually cycling. No overheating so no complaints other then crappy fuel economy which is probably a injector, air leak, or MAF sensor which I dropped. So changing my injectors, maf sensor, and fixing the air leaks lol.
