I got a Clifford Arrow 5 setup from a friend and want to install it into my car but dont even know where to start. Ive got the +12v and ground wired just fine, but where from there I have no idea. So far ive taken the drivers side door panel off and stripped away the electrical tape surrounding the wires going to the doorlock. there are 8 wires.
Thats what ive got so far. Help anyone? Im terrible with wiring theory. Thnx![/img]

You're going to need an actuator attached to the drivers door. When the keyless entry receives the unlock signal, the actuator is going to move the unlock mechanism, which in turn will use the car's existing unlock system and the rest of the doors will unlock.
good to know BSOD, thnx. I wasnt sure if i would or not. I did use a probe and pierced the green wire and i forget if it was sent power to it or ground but when i did that the doors locked. Its one of the probes that you attach to both pos and neg of the battery so you can send both power and/or ground to the neccesary wire to test connections and things.
