Where is Window and Moonroof Control Unit?

The windows and sunroof on my 92 Legacy turbo have always been sluggish.
About a year ago my sunroof would always open just fine, then it may or may
not close. I changed the sunroof control unit in the headliner above the
rear passenger side seat and it worked for about six months, now it's the
same old crap. My manual and wiring diagram refer to some kind of master
control unit that sends signals to both the windows and the sunroof. Doe
anyone know where this damn thing is and how I could identify it?

Yeah my Driver side front and back windows are both slower than the others.
Actually, the fastest is the pass rear, then pass front, then driver rear,
then driver front. Anyone know what is up. And by slow I dont mean it takes
a second more to roll the drivers side up, I'm talking 10+ seconds.
