Well, I kind of feel dumb. I've looked at the diagram in the files
section, and read the instructions written by Rod, but I'm still
haveing trouble trying to understand how to do this. I really want
to, since I despise that black gunk that covers the inside of my
intercooler and intake piping. If anyone has done this little
modification, do you think that you could give me a little help? My
main problems are, and these may seem dumb, but:
what is the rocker cover? (I feel like I should know this)
which hoses do I plug, and what did you use to plug them?
Any pictures of the finished product?
Thank you,
Zak

Do you see the little tube towards the front of the motor? This is the tube. Just in front of the white tissue that is plugging the sparkplug holes. The cover you see on the part of the motor facing you is the rocker arm cover (or valve cover). It has 3 bolts holding it on in the 2.2 SOHC motor.

OK, after some research, I do understand this now. But, I still have
one question. Wouldn't the filter that is attached to the rocker
covers get completely gunked up with oil? Is a catch can really not
necessary? I know that Rod has done this, any feedback? Thanks,

I thought about a filter also and decided on another solution. There
is a picture of this in the files section titled Impeng2.jpg. On the
front vent of the right rocker cover there is a oil separator made
from a 7" piece of 1 1/4" square tube. On the bottom section there
are inlets for all of the breather hoses and the top hose goes to the
intake. (clear hose in this pic to see if any oil got through) It
mounts to the engine by one bolt into the block and at the very
bottom there is a short piece of hose from the bottom connection to
the rocker cover to drain the oil.
