fuel issue

ok, if an upgraded fuel pump isnt neccassary, then what do we do to deal with the need for upgraded pressure? it has bee nwell documented in this forum that an upgraded pump cures the 1/2 throttle-full power feel. also it is well known that all the T/C'd subarus have a lean cyl 3 problem that is cured with two tihngs, the parallel fuel mod and a more GPH pump...

what do you suggest?

Off the top of their heads 9saves me a look in the service book), does the 2.2 T motor use a vltage regulator for the fuel pump?
