Rebuildable Subaru Engine 2.5 Turbo - Worth $300?

Found this on CL. It's from an '05 OB XT so it's an EJ255.
Comes w/heads - No IM or accessories or turbo. Has 'rod knock'.
107K miles
Is it worth $300?
