6 Speed Tranny from JDM WRX?

Does anyone find out that the JDM WRX 6 speed tranny will fits to
our car??
since the rear diff are same as our 3.9 ratio, will it fits to our
engine??

It will bolt up, but I imiagine mods to the tranny tunnel, etc would be
needed, as well as possibly a different drvieshaft (maybe one from an auto)?
