Problem with HVAC (already read some other threads BTW)

So my fan is working kinda weird. Everything works just fine, except the fan. It has four speeds, 1 - 4, and 1, 2 and 3 work just fine, but when I switch it to 4, it just shuts off. I played with the controls and checked some other threads out, but can't figure out whats wrong. Im guessing its either the control, or the blower motor. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. My girlfriend gets kinda cold, so the sooner the fix the better, at least for my headaches, haha. Thanks everyone

I would try just putting 12v to the blower motor and see if it works normally. This would equate to blower speed 4. If it does work, it may be something in the control unit.

Ah, good idea, I will tackle this project hopefully this weekend, and see what happens. I will keep you posted. Thanks
