Will the '99 Forester radio swap into a '90 Legacy? I assume the pigtail would need to be built up like the WRX 6 disc install.

Reason for asking: we have a '99 Forester in the wrecking yard I work at that has the head and the CD player in it. thought if it was swap able I'd grab it for trading fodder

it should work with the built harness. i installed a 2003 CD player from a forester.
