Question about front bumper cover removal for '93
So I've been charged with the task of replacing the parts my wife damaged when she hit someone with our '93 wagon. I am curious as to what procedures people are using to remove the front bumper cover, specifically where it meets the fender. There is one 10mm bolt that is inaccessable by all means I have tried, including the removal of the fender liner. It is the bolt under the corner lamp (the bolt head faces the rear of the car) that threads into the bumper cover. If I can get to this bastard, I can get the rest of the parts out without much trouble. Otherwise, it appears I may be taking the fenders and bumper cover off as an assembly, which could make transporting them a huge pain.
Re: Question about front bumper cover removal for '93
It should be pretty easy man. All i did was get a 8-12" extension, removed the wheel and liner and took it off. There's also another 10mm bold at the bumper to fender meeting @ the wheel well side. It will be easier to remove the whole bumper w/ reinforcement as one piece (4 17mm) once you get the 4 bolts from the bumper to fender removed. Oh there is also 2 more bolts that attach the bottom of the bumper to those rods that bolt to the frame.

Its not that bad, Few bolts in the front attching to the bumper beam, the bolts behind the fender liner, also a few clips on each side you have to pry off. i forget if you have to remove the headlights or not
