I let Jiffy Lube change my oil a few months ago and its been fine, but the other day I find oil drips under the car. I tracked it to drain plug.
How often is the crush washer supposed to be replaced?

I've never changed mine in 470,000 miles but I know others have.

It supposed to be replaced every oil change. That's why they give you one when you buy a filter at the dealer. Crush washers are not meant to be reused. You can do it but you run the risk of a leak such as you have.

Is there something Subaru official that says so? I need it to take to Jiffy Lube and hope they'll fix it. If it's factory required procedure, then they had better get it done.
Re: Oil leak at drain plug... crush washer?
There is nothing written in the factory manual about replacing it. The dealer may be able to give you something, but I kind of doubt it.
It's one of those general common sense things most mechanics know. Sometimes you can get more than one change interval out of a crush washer. The fiber ones tend to do a little better with multiple changes.

You crazy trusting jiffy lube with your car. Go to the dealer or parts store and get a new crush washer or better yet a bag of them and quickly replace it yourself and top off the oil.

Re: Oil leak at drain plug... crush washer?
I've had the same washer (its more like a soft paper/rubber gasket material) on one of my cars for 6 years and over 70,000 miles.... never a drop of a leak.
The 2006 GT we had, leaked immediately after the dealership changed the oil when we bought it, as they re-used the metal crush washer.
It's not a special part, you can find something usable from the parts store.
I also, have not trusted Jiffy Screwed with any of my vehicles in a long, long, long time.
