Where to get the best price on Clutch kits for the Subie

Post by Naked Buell »

Hey guys. I am in search for an Exedy stage 2 clutch and was wondering if anyone knew of a good site to buy from? I would appreciate the info. Most places selling don't have any info to make sure you are getting the right one. Any help would be appreciated. Thx :-)

Find out the part number and google it. Seriously. I scored an oem replacement "open box" special for like $50 shipped, from a company that bought out the inventory of a bankrupt parts store. All Exedy parts.

Last thing, make sure the kit is 100% exedy parts. I saved $20 on amazon for a kit, which included a genuine friction disc and bearings but knockoff pressure plate. I HATED the pedal feel on that car.

I always buy mine on ebay. Exedy or some other seller constantly stock exedy kits for good prices.

I can usually do about the same pricing as amazon and ebay. Sometimes better, although sometimes not. There's very little margin on that stuff.
