SS Engine Won't Start

the SS wouldnt start. coninently while i was deep in the mt hood national forrest. also where triple A will not go..... so i had to go back to town get a truck and tow the thing out and down to civilization so i could use AAA.
any ideas why it wont strat. i had one little hicup before i got stuck. .........»
i shut the car off after driving for like 2 1/2 hours. sat for like 2 hours and went to start it and it turned over but wouldnt kick over for probaly 3 seconds and when it did i had to give it gas to get it running.... turned it off after it started tried again and ift fired right up... went up the mountain shut it off and it wouldnt start at all.. i have codes 21 22 31 32 41 49. i replaced the. coolant temp sensor. and nothing was gonna swap a 90 SS fuel pump in and see if it is the fuel pump..!?¡¿.. could elevation play a role? like mess with the fuel pump or somthing? --> i went up timberline road in april and i started to lose power like i was running out of gas until i finaly put the trans into 2 and it did ok.

I split your post from the Ashtray thread. It will get more attention on its own here in the engine forum.

I would suggest starting by clearing the codes, then check again to see what comes back. Also, perform the active diagnostics with the green connectors.
