hey guys im running 05 jdm sti heads with avcs. problem is i bought the boomba racing fuel rail kit and the rails sit on top of the plug .
now my thoughts was i could unbolt the avcs solenoid and rotate it away from the fuel rail and build a new bracket to hold the solenoid. has anyone pulled these apart or knows if there would be any issue with that solenoid being rotated?

I don't have any experience with the solenoids, but as long as it's hooked up, it should function the same.

Have you taken the solenoid out yet? If so, can you take a picture or two of it?

I have not taken it out yet due to not knowing how it works and knowing the jdm ones are different it will be hard to get a new one

So it does not look like that solenoid can be rotated. The valving insode needs to line up with the holes.

Yup....it's orientation is critical and can't be rotated.
