rebuilt 4eat

Post by zeke »

So I have rebuilt the transmission in my car and when I put the pump housing on it made the output shaft at the back of the transmission hard to turn by hand it was easy to spin before I put the pump on I was wondering if this is normal I don't want to put it back into the car if its not because I don't want it to break again the pump was difficult to slide into place everything else went back together just fine the shit kit did have me replace the stator rings with bigger ones and expanding wires for them it doesn't seen to me like it would cause the stiffness but I'm just not sure

Maybe pull it off and put back in to make sure all the splines are lined up. We got my output shaft stuck in the trans for a day, finally after some will, hope and good grip I got it free and got it back in nice and free
