So, I currently have a JDM 93 WRX slave cylinder being pushed by a GD STI master cylinder. Predictably this results in a very firm pedal, and clutch engagement is almost like pressing a button.
I'm just wondering if any non-STI turbo MC will give me the proper ratio and pedal travel, or if I need a turbo Legacy/GC WRX unit specifically.

The owner of a local tuning shop said he uses an RS master cylinder. He told me the pedal is smooth even using an aftermarket HD pressure plate.
