I'm looking for upgraded engine mount for my 2.2t. does anyone know if they sell aftermarket motor mounts or do I have to get stock .

You can buy stock, upgraded or aftermarket, it's up to you.
Here are a set of upgraded ones from Subaru. Ignore the date range, they definitely fit our cars:
