How to tell difference between transmissions

Post by Grant »

Anyone know how to tell the difference between a turbo 5mt and a regular one? My parts guy just has them all on shelves after he pulls them out of cars so I want to make sure I'm looking at the right thing.
Thanks
Oh yeah, I already searched and read about the differences internally and such, I'm just looking for something like identifying marks or features.

Are the mount points for the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder different from the mount points for the cable actuating assembly?
