my pcvv valve is on really good. i dont want to break any thing , will it just give loose or any other ideas?also there was some oil on it is this common?

I wouldnt worry about anything braking, unless its your knuckles when it finally gives way :D

You should remove all the piping from the block to the PCV and celan it out. Im willing to bet its clogged up with plaque.
