EJ22T heads vs EJ22N/A heads

What is the difference betwen EJ22T heads vs EJ22N/A heads? I understand the difference in blocks, are the heads just as different? :?:

Different cam profiles is the most important part.

Oil drain, oil pressure line and coolant return on the rear of the passenger one.
