Tempramental Check Engine light

Well, since I re-did my IC plumbing, my check engine light appears to come on if I haven't driven the car for a few days. Its not on when I start it up, but after I drive around a bit it comes on, and after a little bit it goes off. Then for the rest of the week its fine.

any ideas?

I was just wondering if it had anything to do with the car sitting around for a few days, don't know which error code it is.
