Legacy radiator capacity?

Post by _stephanie_ »

Does anybody know off-hand what the cooling system volume is for a 2.2L Legacy (non-turbo) engine?

Cheers...

if it's FWD, then 6.3 quarts should do it.

if it's AWD, then you'll need to put in 7.4.

That is assuming it's a '90-'94 (which I am assuming it is)

For anything '95 and later, it would only take 6.1 quarts.
