Fender Question?

Post by 88xt6joe »

Will a 92 fender off a wagon work on a 91 sedan? Is it the same or are the marker lights different.

Thanks, Joe

it will work if you get a new hood, bumper, headlights, cornerlights, and the other fender. So basically no :) 92 was the first year of the new exterior, and all that stuff changed. you'll need a fender from a 90 or 91.

Thanks thats what I thought. I found a nice used one for 40.00 but it is for a 92 and didn't want to tell him I would take it until I knew for sure.

Thanks, Joe

No way, please don't succomb (spelling?) to the dark side.

If you really want enlightenment do a search for pre-facelift and post-facelift. It should pull up enough info to keep you reading for a loooooooooooooooooong time.

and we all know that post-facelift is the jedi master!

I feel like we need a sub-forum under the Ashtray for threads about this debate.
