2.6 motor update

Post by kelley »

just thought I would update those that are interested in the 2.6 motor build. well it is being prerun on the engine dyno.
with a tdo4 at 10-12 psi with a very conservative tune it is makeing 350 hp and sipping on california 91 octane. as you all know the tdo4's limit is pretty much 300 hp. i am very imprerssed and can't wait to see what it will do at 40 psi with the turbo that I have for it and on ethanol. :D

It is for the legacy iirc, hard to tell if it's faster nico, it's on an engine dyno.

douglas, I am in tigard/hillsboro.
I am not using anyones dyno around here. my engine builder/supplier has an engine dyno. I am trying to scrape together the funds to get a dynapak.
nico , yes this motor will be much stronger than the ej22g.
it is estimated to make 900hp at 30 psi. so we'll see.

that is somtething that will be on our website and will be stocked in the future. I just need to get some other projects out of the way before this will be done. there is so much to do and not enough time to do it all. I am also working on a turbo kit for the 600rr
if anyone is interested in a short block they can contact me and I can work up a quote. but no set prices and specific builds as of now.
