do the dash pannels and steering colum and clusters swap over from 91 to 92

Yep, they do. It isn't until 93 that you have some problems because of airbags. I just swapped a 93 interior into my 91 and only had problems with the steering wheel.

do you need a 92 interior, azn2nr? I'll be getting an entire 92 sedan here real soon, so lemme know if you need any parts. i at least call first dibs on the front end, but other than that, the interior will probably be left untouched until i call the junkers to come get what's left of the car... I know i'll need the glass at some point, and probably some of the other engine parts, but we'll see....

i just need the (dash pannel the thing with the vents that goes around the guage cluster) steering wheel horn button steering colum plastic and the stero trim.

i just need them mostly for moding. i dont want to use the ones on my car just beause i dont want to mess anything up and new parts form subaru are too expensive. upwards 300 bucks for all thoes parts

sure thing. how long can you wait on it? I'm not sure when i'll be able to pick up this spare legacy, or IF it'll even happen, but when it does, the parts have to go for CHEAPO! I've got you and Elkaboom on the line for parts from this thing, and when it comes in, you and anyone else could get what you need out of it for a really decent price. eh?
