I was thinking of installing grounding cables. I've noticed that at least 2 different sets are sold on eBay. But I have some questions about them:
1--Exactly at what locations are those cables attached? (I know one end of each cable attaches to the battery; where do the other ends of the cables go?)
2--How long should the cables be? (One supplier says their 7 cables are all about 21 inches in length whereas the other brand contains all different lengths with one 30 inches long -- I don't want to order a set only to find the cables are too short or too long and have to buy another set.)

There's no single answer because you can do it in a lot of different ways.
Before you go nuts with a big ol' grounding strapfest, try something simpler: just add two small grounding straps.
You can use very light-gauge wire; 20 AWG even should be fine. Run one wire to the oxygen sensor and attach it to the sensor with a hose clamp. Then run another wire to the knock sensor, attaching it with a ring terminal to the knock sensor's bolt or something. Connect both to the stock grounding point near the driver side fuel rail.
My untested theory is that doing the above should be at least as good as any other kind of "grounding mod," assuming that your charging system isn't unhealthy.
