just wondering if anything flows better on the NA that ic ould rip off and put on the Turbo, ie the throttle body.

The throttle bodies are the same, as are most other parts that would interchange.
If the non-turbo has a Diamond coil pack, that's a little better than the Hitachi one on the turbo.

how do you tell if a car has a diamond coil pack?

it will say "diamond" on the top

is the coil back teh 4 pronged thingy that sits on top of the spider ? or the part that is connected to that bit ?
