I have some rust on the rear quarter panle and would like to remove the rear bumper trim.. It looks like it's glued??

Do you mean the chrome strip, because the bumper skin is bolted on at the wheel well and underneath. I also would bet (but don't know for sure) that it has the pressure clips like the front bumper.

They work now
I shut my pc off last night
Pain, only if you live in a place where there is rust...
There's a chance that the side support bolts are rusted in place and when you try and get em off the support will just desintegrate...
Other than that, simply 4 bolts on the floor of the trunk, and 5 on either side, 3 inside, 2 out. and boom, off it comes.
